There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 375(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 375(FIN) would be held in second reading to the May 1, 2006, calendar.
